Return Policy

Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed within a 48 hour period (usually by the next business day) on all orders received. We do not ship on weekends or on holidays. Although, unpredictable delays often occur such as difficulties verifying a business address, technical problems or high traffic volume, you may rest assured that we will do what we can to get your package out on time.

All orders will be sent out via Registered Airmail from our logistics office in Malaysia. Estimated time of delivery is between 7 to 12 business days. Should you have any concerns, please contact us via our contact form.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before any order has been processed and shipped. However, if an order has already been processed and shipped, There is no refund of the shipping charges, even if ther is refusal to accept and sign for the delivered order. A 20% restocking fee applies to all cancelled and returned orders recieved or post-marked 7 days after order confirmation.

Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your order, please e-mail our Customer Service Department declaring your intentions to cancel before the order has been processed via the contact us form. To alleviate any charges, we suggest cancelling your order before it has been processed and shipped.
